Processing time
At ALEM PRISCI, we’ll continue working to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. 
Shipping rates
It is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location. We’ll also keep updating the shipping rates to reflect the best prices available. 

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Please make sure to fill your delivery address correctly. Please ensure that you’re available to sign for your order delivery, you can arrange for an alternate delivery location or schedule a delivery appointment. 

You are responsible for any custom duties, taxes and fees that may be required upon delivery. These charges vary, based on your delivery address. Alem Prisci is not responsible for any of such charges. We’re also not able to estimate these charges or fees as they vary depending on the country. Please be ready to pay any of the applicable charges as failure to do so might cause the items to be returned to us or destroyed. If the items are returned to us at Alem Prisci, you will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as all costs and charges associated with the return. These costs will then be deducted from your refund. 
Unfortunately, Alem Prisci will not be liable for any custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages as it is beyond our control. So please verify all information with your local customs office.
