Refund policy
At ALEM PRISCI, we'd love that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ll accept returns. We have a 14 day return policy, which means, items should be returned within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not altered, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, final sale items or custom orders. Replacements for size will not be accepted, so please confirm your size before making a purchase. You can send an email for further assistance with any size concerns too, we'd be happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refund made, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will not be responsible for the delivery cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will include the amount paid for the item, minus shipping cost and we will charge for any decrease in the value of the the item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
